The device I mentioned is just a rip off. It generates 
Hydrogen using the vehicles own battery system and then 
burns it in the engineand burns holes in the user's wallet 
at the same time.

The people selling it are either thieves or well meaning 
idiots who are accessories to theft (and possibly theieves 
as well).
