I can believe you. But That PII-450 or PII-450 can run XP as well if you have enough SDRAM. Last time I tried it (back in 2002), it was not that bad with 256M SDRAM. My brother bought a PII-350 based box in 1998 and it initially runs Windows 98SE with 64MB RAM (later 128M, finally 384M). It is still alive and I think it runs XP and maybe Linux. But I know that my brother is not really using it much since he has an IBM Thinkpad T41 and a new Desktop.
