It would be fair to say I'm smouldering at this moment. 

I booked a flight to the UK with Virgin Atlantic - via a travel agent. 
My tickets arrive, but it isn't clear who the Brisbane to Sydney 
flight is with or if the terminal is domestic or international, so I 
email Virgin Blue customer service - they can't help me as they have 
nothing to do with Virgin Atlantic bookings and they don't have access 
to the system, but here are phone numbers and weblink to the online 
contact form.

I email Virgin Atlantic - they can't help me as the Brisbane to Sydney 
flight is not serviced by V-A planes, would I please phone them (same 
office note,) and they might be able to tell me over the phone.

I had better luck exiting the Birmingham Bull Ring 15 years ago, then 
trying to find out where I'm supposed to catch a plane.
