Basically a switch but instead of pressing a >button you're sending current to tell it to allow the main line to connect. >If so what is it called? You specifically mention "toggle". Do you in fact want alternate-action control? That is: push the button once to turn the unit ON, push it again to turn the unit OFF. You haven't mentioned exactly what you want to control. Where does it get its power from? How much current and voltage does the unit have to control? More info will get you better suggestions . . . dwayne -- Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax www.trinity-electronics.com Custom Electronics Design and Manufacturing -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
