Is there a version of MPLAB IDE out there that came with the *full* 
PICStart Plus firmware for the flash module? I suspect that the version 
with my current install are bootloader free and as I'm having problems 
getting a dead PUM to work again when I use my PICKit2 to program it. If 
anyone has a hex file for the bootloader used that would be nice as 
well...
