Yes, heartily. I also like SOT-23 MOSFETs and am amazed and delighted to
switch over 2 amps continuously through them. But being good at reading
a datasheet, seeing numbers like 1.25W immediately brings visions of the
quality of placement, lead angle, soldering and waste of PC board real
estate required to achieve it.
