Tom,

I know that the SAB1034 is a divide by 4.  Is the MC1034 a dual flip flop?
I also know that the difference between the SAB1034P and the SAB1534 is
speed.  The 1034 is a 1GHz part and the 1534 is a 1.5GHz part.

If you think the MC1034 is a match, I'd greatly appreciate a scan of the
datasheet.
