I've got a couple of used erasable unit around, and maybe one or two
unprogrammed OTP parts. If you just want one and don't care that it's used,
  maybe I could be convinced to part with an old friend... you don't see
that PLCC68 ceramic with the window much these days, and that die sure is
big. (about 200 mils square).
