Using a computer controlled CC load, I was able to produce it in Sanyo NIMH cells with only a few cycles to the same discharge point, but it erases after one normal discharge, and isn't much to look at in the first place, just a small bump in the dischcarge curve. If you had something (like a sattelite) that had many many many repeated cycles to the same point, then maybe it would get interesting. I did note recently that NIMH cells seem to have caught up with Alkalines for capacity (!) I didn't expect to see that. I guess we know where the R/D monery has been going.
