I purposely wait until later at night in overnight "emergencies" with Cisco gear to avoid the Indian call-center in their "follow-the-sun" model for the Cisco TAC. I get more done talking with the Aussies a few hours later, and don't have to resort to "Could you please e-mail that to me?" over and over when calling the TAC.
