I still think this is getting blown out of proportion. I would give whoever wrote the job ad the benefit of a doubt. My first guess is, "Must read, write, speak English" sounded too plain, so she spiced it up with an adjective. Racist? C'mon.. their CEO is Indian. Many of their seminar presenters speak with European accents (I've heard Italian and Dutch for sure). Many of their datasheets are Chinese.
