In most free market economies, the proper response to Martin's problem is 
precisely what he did: take his business elsewhere, and tell as many people 
as he can about the bad service he received.

Trust me, that hurt Futurlec much more than any complaint the company may 
have received from the regulation office. Martin is his own "customer 
protection".
