  Architect the next generation MPLAB IDE platform. Lead a part of
the MPLAB IDE development team.

Minimum Requirements:
  The successful candidate will be very familiar with modern integrated
development environments, both in use and in development. The successful
candidate will be very familiar with Windows, Linux and MAC OS X
development environments and methodologies for supporting globalization
in customer interaction. Familiarity with microcontrollers, microcontroller
designs and design concerns, and microcontroller-based products and
applications is a plus. Development experience with real-time product
design is a plus. Familiarity with simulators, simulation technologies
and early silicon support is a plus. Familiarity with database design and
application is a plus. The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's
degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer and Systems Engineering,
