Thought it might be fun to create a small CW testing unit. Basically a button I can press to send a signal out and make a speaker beep. For added fun, I wanted to have a PIC chip that could listen to the line and try and record it, then send it out serially to a computer. live off live off off liiiiiive off, something like that. Just listen to the port and keep track of time. If the line is live for a small amount of time it's a dot, if longer then dash. Timing would be an issue to make sure it interpreted it right.
