What current/voltage specs do you need? This could be as simple as a PNP transistor that handles 100 mA, or a 200A contactor connected on the low side of a load.

power in, power out and a line in to toggle whether to allow current  to
pass.

Does something like this exist? Basically a switch but instead of pressing a
button you're sending current to tell it to allow the main line to connect.
If so what is it called?
