This is why he's popular, he steals from one group (people who are 
productive) to buy votes from another. It is very popular here in the 
USA as well, unfortunately. Right now the two candidates fighting for 
the nomination as presidental candidate of one major political party 
are making lots of promises about how they will steal^H^H^H^H^H tax 
productive citizens in order to provide handouts for the less 
productive, and those who made poor financial decisions because they 
wanted to buy things (like expensive houses) they could not afford.
