For proto's I use AP circuits...  www.apcircuits.com

For production I use qualitypcb.com which is now something like 
pcbmanufacturing.com.

I refuse to do business with futurlec until they address a counterfeit 
component issue I had a year ago and they *still* refuse to acknowledge 
it.
