My company is looking for my immediate assistant to design Safety Equipment for Power Generation Plants. Pay will be commensurate with experience, as we need a self-starter. We'd like somebody who is PIC-literate in both hardware design and programming. MPASM a must, C strongly recommended. Experience with PLCs will be a strong plus, too. You need to be pleasant, precise, able to generate the documentation needed, including BOMs, schematics, PCB layouts, and manufacturing control documents. The 14-yo company is small but well-managed, with good ideas and adequate funding. We are located in Tucson, Arizona, probably the healthiest place to live in the USA. Yes, it's dry and hot- but fleas don't survive here, so your dog will be in pet heaven. Tucson is located just an hour's drive to Mexico's Baja beaches.
