Thanks - hard to find a data sheet for that alas.
Vgs at rated conditions is essential and it's not possible 
to be certain how well a given FET will work without having 
the spec sheet (or even then ;-) ).

What I have had recommended is a superb performer from 
Chino-Excel, also in Taiwan.

Their CES2310 has specs at 30V that are better than almost 
anything  else I've met. Vgs(th) is 0.6 - 1.4 V min/max and 
the typical performance curves are so much better than I 
need that it will definitely work superbly. SOT23 pkg and a 
TSOP6 CEH2310 also available. The CES2314 is not quite as 
good for my purposes but superior in higher current or 
slightly high Vgs use.
