I have found very FEW good techs who:
have "compulsion to maintain a neat and well-organized work area"

Also
"Ability to document work, and assist with
=A0inventory control, kitting, shipping and receiving, and
installations" are not their strong suits!

BUT they are good and fast.
AND
intuitive!
