Yes, I have had recent dealings and several past dealings with CircuitEd with no problems.  This is really odd as they are usually responsive.  The owner is Warren Shroeder and can usually be found on the Mikroelektronika forums at http://www.mikroe.com/forum/
 
His handle over there is xor.  He is very sharp and usually quite helpful and supports what he sells.  I hope all goes well for you.
