When Forrest mentioned the 556 I thought of other one-shots
or analogue-controlled logic, like a couple of NOR gates for the
shut-out delay and one other + RC on the front end for the
propagation delay. Not familiar at all with L6206 so may have
missed the real requirement on the Enable pin. I think I see it now
though
