I've been happy with 1 And 1, I've seen others complain about them
from an earlier time. I've had them for about 4 years so far. When
I've needed help I've sent email and I've gotten a response usually
within 30 minutes even at 3 am. So far I've not run into major
problems to find out how well they handle major problems. I keep a
local copy of my sites and use sitecopy to push them to the remote
server.
