OSCXT1 - Normal Crystal/Res, 32khz to 10mhz
OSCXT2 - Normal Crystal/Res, 1mhz to 24mhz
OSCHS1 - High Speed Crystal/Res, 1mhz to 50mhz
OSCHS2 - High Speed Crystal/Res, 1mhz to 50mhz
