Don't have much info on it, except it is being introduced because of Asian 
consumer product requirements. Apparently official introduction is next 
month.

It is a device in the IGLOO family, and is quoted at 5uW static power, 
15,000 system gates or 1 million FPGA gates, said to be equivalent to 128 
macrocell CPLDs. Up to 350MHz, 49 available I/O, 1kbit Flash ROM, but the 
killer for a lot of us is 1.2V and/or 1.5V operation.
