Yes, they are (Ctrl K and Ctrl L). I hate closing a project when
it's all set up so I can jump around

The best I've come up with to re-enter them when the project
is re-opened is, before closing, either

(a) leave breaks and spot the red circles when scrolling
(b) leave the text ;bm and Ctrl F / F3
