Very cool idea, it converts the rotation of a merry-go-round into a
water pump, pumping the water up into a tower.  The water is then
available on demand from a tap.

Apparently the majority of the current system pumping is done one at a
time by children, especially girls, and hopefully their time can be
better spent on education instead.
