Matt,

I think it is better to know witch pic do not have open collector RA4 pins?
If you work with different MCU you will find that almost all other mcu's you
can setup any pin to be open collector.

Has a list of PICs ever been compiled, indicating those with open 
collector RA4 pins?

I have read that some PICs have this feature while others do not. It 
would be nice to know at a glance, rather than filter through each 
datasheet.
