A PC running linux is an option, so is something like the wrt54gl 
running custom firmware (you can reconfigure the switch in the wrt54gl 
to give you more independent ports).

Linux's routing system is very powerfull but more than a little complex, 
you will need to read (or at least skim through) the iptables tutorial 
and the linux advanced routing and traffic control howto.
