Though I have not used this particular one I have a lot of experience
with touchscreens.
 
One of the disadvantages with a touchscreen like this is that it is 
only a thin foil on top of a regular LCD. Standard LCD displays are very
sensitive to touch. Standard touchscreens are much more robust they
use a thicker pane of glass between the LCD and touchpad.
