People such as KBC Tools (solid carbide bits), McMaster-Carr, etc. should have these. You'll probably find better depth of stock and availability of cutting tools if you choose inch size parts rather than metric. I've seen solid carbide end mills down to 0.005" (0.127mm) at both, IIRC. 1.5" (about 38mm) is a common length. I think the guys who mill PCBs use more like engraving bits than end mills, so they'd be a less likely to snap if you look at them sideways (eg. tolerant of spindle runout). > Any CNC lovers here ?
