Are you sure you're not confusing DOS with the command line shell in Windows? Otherwise I don't know how you got the impression my software runs on DOS. PIC_PROG probably uses mostly file I/O and serial line I/O when driving a ProProg. It does have the capability to drive a USBProg via USB.
