It is a zero-cost add-on for my Wisp648. It simply samples a few pins at
the maximum rate allowed by the 115k2 baud serial line (=> 11.52 ks/s).
The rest is up to the PC. 11ks/s is not very impressive (in fact is is
slooow), but at 0 cost...
