Hi Russell, I agree on this more or less:
but I (customers) have always had troubles with refilled ink cartridges 
(and usually complaining on the Software Guy i.e. me :)

and... inkjets are slow, tend to dry ink if not used for a while (thus 
requiring time and more ink to re-start)...
