Definitely it is, I've been stating the same over the recent 2-3 years, 
since Samsung made its first Mono Laser around 70 EUR (to resellers).

InkJets are only useful to print photos (dpi is higher than Color LAser 
and quality is inherently higher by now) but in the end I always 
discourage it: it's a mess and having them printed in a store is cheaper 
and better.
