Well, if you read the articles and documents linked to,
and watch the video, you'll see there's no mention at all
of anything cooling

Given the claim that it will boil water in a few seconds
you might expect something to get frosted if it's drawing
the heat from the surroundings that quickly. If the COP
of 20 is to be believed, the electrical power used is acting
almost as a catalyst or vector for transferring "free" energy
from "somewhere" to the water
