Thanks. In http://www.panaceauniversity.org/Chapter14.pdf it says

"Peter was granted a New Zealand patent for his heater on 12th
December 1944 but he found that after the war, the opposition from
the utility companies was so great that it prevented him from going
into commercial production with it. For fifty years, Peter kept up his
attempts to get sufficient approval to bring his heater to the market
place, but the opposition finally won and he never managed it"

"the little guy being suppressed" always raises a flag or two

So what's different now ? Utility companies are just as $$$$$$
hungry as they were, probably even more so
