Your experience with Futurlec customer service matches mine. In my case I ordered some boards. I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't bother me when they hadn't shown up after a couple of weeks. After a few more weeks I was wondering what had happened. I sent several emails but had no response whatsoever. After a few more weeks the boards randomly turned up one day and they were great.
