Quick question for some of you.  Is anyone aware of a semiconductor company
in Gloucester, Massachusetts?  I've got post from monster.com for a database
administrator position for a place there but I'm not too sure the recruiter
that I'm in contact with is too enthusiastic about it.  It's for a short
term contract, 6 to 8 weeks, and it sounds like he would rather place me
somewhere else with a longer assignment due to his fees being higher that
way, except that he does not have any other jobs at this time.  Since this
is a recruiter that I am talking to, he won't give me the company's name
until he sets up an interview, if he does it at all.

I've googled for this information, but the only company name that came up is
called Variam Semiconductor Equipment, and their job postings web page does
not list a database administrator position.  If you know anything about this
place, or another semiconductor company in the Gloucester, please reply
