So is this simply a warning, a call to action, or simply a discussion?
 So far all that you seem to be saying is, "We are in the process of
opening pandora's box and we WILL ultimately destroy ourselves and/or
the world."  While I still disagree with it, your opinion seems to
leave no room for action or discussion, and the warning is useless...
