I ran across an interesting article from UH, using a ZVN3306 as a
radiation sensor.

Can anyone out there tell me how such devices are selected?
The data sheet dosen't say a word on it.

I know there is something called a "radfet" out there, but haven't run
that down yet.

It may be that they just bought some fets, tried them, and picked one
that worked well, but they don't really say.
