Not sure about C30 specifically, but there's Gimpel's PC-lint (commercial)
and there's Splint <http://www.splint.org/> (free). I don't own PC-lint,
but I've heard people say that they use it with good success on HiTech PICC
variants. I tried Splint for the same, but it seemed too much work to adapt
the sources so that the results are helpful.
