Hi All, I'm building a system that needs a rfid reader to read and write data to/from rfid tags. My main circuit board has a microcontroller with build-in UART which I plan to use to control the rfid reader. Could someone suggest where to buy such a reader that is: 1. low cost2. with RS232 interface, if not, other available interface that I can easily link with my controller board.3. preferably be a standalone unit with casing, etc., I don't want to use rfid modules if possible, since they might not have FCC approval while standalone units usually did. Actually the ideal case is, I just need to use a cable to link the reader up with my main circuit box and only need to write some firmware in my microcontroller side to control the rfid reader. Thanks in advance! _________________________________________________________________ Introducing the City @ Live!
