I foolishly loaded the new MPLAB 8.0 on my desktop and laptop. Now the laptop (using damn Vista) will only run MPLAB debugger for a few minutes. (I'm halting, tracing code, looking at registers etc when it stops.) On my desktop computer (using XP) it runs longer but will still stop after about an hour of debugging. And I notice EVERY debugging interaction now puts up a warning that the processor is in use! Duh! And it is DEADLY slow to finish building on either platform. What do you suggest? * | __O Thomas C.
