Its as good as you are going to get! The SLIP encapsulation doesn't look too bad, but, as I understand it, it encapsulates TCP/IP packets, not my raw ascii. So, I need a TCP/IP stack, then encapsulate to SLIP, all just to get ascii from here to there.... I HAVE found these products that might be useful... I was wondering if anyone had actually used anything like this, or would like to talk me out of it! THANKS!
