I've had it working without problems on three different Dell notebooks
(Inspiron, Latitude). The only thing that doesn't seem to work on any of
them is continuing with the ICD2 after a standby or hibernation. Always
needs plugging out/plugging in.

Never had a problem. Worked out of the box every time -- after RTFM, and
not that I'm not saying they could simplify the process a bit :)
