You can use whichever PGD/PGC pair you want. Use the one that doesn't
interfere with your peripheral requirements. You can program through
either port with no problem. To debug, you have to select the debug port
in the config bits. I connect Vpp to Vcc with 10k, then also connect it to
the ICD. Works great for me on the 24HJ256GP610.
