As someone else said, an instrumentation op-amp is a different beast- here is one common configuration: http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/vol_3/chpt_8/10.html Usually so-called precision op-amps have unusually good *DC* characteristics such as Vos (guaranteed maximum offset voltage), TcVos (guaranteed maximum offset voltage change with temperature) and op-loop gain (minimum).
