By the way, now that Chinese government agencies are using official (and cheaper) Windows/Office (and a bit of local Linux) and the fact Lenovo/HP/Dell/etc are pushing out XP/Vista based PCs and beaten those no-brand PCs vendors out of business, I believe the piracy rate in China is dropping by quite a bit.
