I am 17 years old and I have this wide spectrum of interests in 
technology, electronics, microprocessor architecture, experimental 
physics / instrumentalism (phew, that's a mouthful), robotics, ai, and 
anything else that I can get my hands on. Should I join IEEE, will it 
benefit me or can I possibly help out the groups?
